1. Permanent anti-static performance: Surface resistance consistently maintained at 10⁸–10⁹ Ω (ISO 3915), non-leaching and stable over time.
2. High optical clarity: >80% light transmittance with exceptional gloss and zero yellowing after aging or processing.
3. Robust mechanical properties: Tensile strength 45 MPa, bending strength 50 MPa, and notch impact strength 12 kJ/m² (23°C).
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and moisture. Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture when stored unopened in original sealed packaging. Transport as non-hazardous industrial material; avoid exposure to rain or extreme temperatures during transit. Pre-drying at 85°C for 4–5 hours is mandatory before processing to prevent hydrolysis and surface defects. Handle with clean gloves in ESD-controlled environments to preserve surface integrity and resistivity performance.
